We invite you to join a whimsical evening of creativity and nature at ButterCups BackYard Gardens! We will introduce you to the art of Tataki Zome. Tataki zome is a Japanese technique of hammering plants to create printed patterns on fabric or paper. The term comes from the Japanese words "tataki" meaning hammering, and "zome" meaning dying.
We have intentionally grown flowers known for their natural botanical dying attributes, which you will be able to hand pick from the flower garden and transform into unique organic art pieces that capture the essence of the season.
Let your inner artist shine, connect with the earth around you, and release your stress as you get to hammering! Age 6+
